Every student has to submit duly filled admission form in his/her own handwriting (enclosed herein this prospectus). Original testimonials have to be brought at the time of admission along with attested photocopies.
ADMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Step 1 :- Take the prospectus and fill the admission form clearly in BLOCK LETTER
Step 2 :- Paste photograph on the form and attach five spare photographs along with.
Step 3 :- Attach all your previous qualification documents
- Xth pass Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Xth pass Mark Sheet and Certificate
- Any Other Qualification - Pass Mark Sheet and Certificate
- School or Collage Leaving Certificate
- Caste Certificate
